BANTAM LAKE SKI CLUB TO PUT ON ANNUAL SKI SHOW IN AUGUST

Morris CT – The skiers of the Bantam Lake Ski Club are excited to announce that they will continue the tradition of the annual Ski Show. The show will take place on Saturday, August 9th at 2:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 10th at 2:00 p.m. at Sandy Beach on East Shore Rd, Morris CT.
            The annual ski show takes place every August, and displays the talents of Bantam’s own skiers, some of whom are ranked nationally on the competitive water ski circuit. The show will include wakeboards, trick skis, water ski pyramids, distance jumping and more. The theme of this year’s show is the club's own 50th year celebration and will feature "The Best of The Best" from previous shows. The costumes, music, acts and setting will be sure to provide plenty of entertainment for all ages.

            The Bantam Lake Ski Club is celebrating its 50th year in existence. It was founded in 1958 by a handful of members. Today, the club boasts over 70 active members ranging from one to seventy years old. The water sports themed, non-profit club offers a variety of community service events on Connecticut’s Bantam Lake.

BANTAM LAKE SKI CLUB TO PUT ON ANNUAL SKI SHOW IN AUGUST

Morris CT – The skiers of the Bantam Lake Ski Club are excited to announce that they will continue the tradition of their annual Ski Show. Prior to the show, the club is offering two open practices to the media for any interviews, photos or video footage necessary to create a story. The first will be held on Wednesday, August 6th at 5:30 p.m. at the Bantam Lake Ski Club, North Shore Rd, Morris CT.  The second will be held on Friday, August 8th at 6:00 p.m. at Sandy Beach, East Shore Rd, Morris CT.
            The annual ski show takes place every August, and displays the talents of Bantam’s own skiers, some of whom are ranked nationally on the competitive water ski circuit. The show will include wakeboards, trick skis, water ski pyramids, distance jumping and more. This year the club is celebrating their 50th anniversary. Please RSVP to Brandon Dufour if you plan on attending one of the media days.
